The Aries Approach
I'm Adam Hunchak, and Aries Custom Watchworks is my independent workshop in Leduc, Alberta. I believe a watch should be as unique as the wrist it sits on. That is why every piece is designed, hand-assembled, and finished by me at a single workbench. No assembly lines. No compromises.
From reliable mechanical engines to sweeping-seconds and meca-quartz movements, the mechanics are chosen to serve the design. Every individual component—from the crystal down to the handset—is intentionally selected, assembled, and tested to ensure a perfect final build.
The best watches tell a story, which is why most of my work starts with a simple conversation. We can tailor an existing model to your exact specifications or draft an entirely bespoke, one-of-a-kind design from scratch. Often built to mark a wedding, a career milestone, or a special occasion, these are purpose-built gifts designed to endure.
To document that craftsmanship, every Aries watch comes with a physical QR card that unlocks its own private web page. There, you will find a crisp, dedicated studio photograph of your exact watch, its complete component specifications, and specific movement care instructions, hosted online for as long as the watch exists.
